Hey..hey...you may be wondering where have I been..

Dear all,

I am back at cyber space...well..well..well..I have been busy lately with mother-in-law not well, and also my dear sweetie has also not been well lately so I am sort of a little busy these days running here, running there......but then today things are sort of quiet at workplace and the sun is shining so brightly outside it is indeed a pity I am at work..but then no complaints lah...during these bad times. Well, just to update you what am I been up to lately..I have been at PsP playing Coded Arms, shooting monsters using an assortment of weapons equipped with laser guided technology...also have been driving and racing around various circuits on my PsP. What else? ah yes sleep alot too these days.... on the average on bed at 9.30pm till 7am.

Still have not finish reading the diary of St Faustina.. so no update yet for the moment..

Times bad...so the best place to be in is still your home so these days I spent more time at home than any where else in the world.

So I intend to focus my attention for this year to improve on our home environment like doing some home maintenance and sprucing up things around the house or even upgrading our TV set (recently manage to get one 42" plasma TV with HD ready at $949 with no transport cost).

Also I am looking at apts these days as our current one is a bit tight on space (for those who have been to our place I am sure you know what I mean, sorry folks each time LC gathering, I have to put you all up at the dimly lit smoky BBQ pit) and also esp when the 2 girls is growing up so fast...not that I aspire to have bigger house [I am fine with a small house] but it is out of necessity........so off I go to so many places... Double Bay, Waterfront Waves, Simei Green, have seen so many units at Melville Park...next stop perhaps Casa Merah, Ferraria Park both TOP soon etc etc....oh it is such a daunting task looking at houses...have to think so much ...lease hold vs freehold etc. etc. location, budget

but then you know wat our conclusion is Melville Park is still the best and here is why:
1. Near bustop
2. Reputed to be the condominium in Singapore to be the easiest to get a taxi without having to book one. Taxis will lined up at the side gate waiting for you during the morning rush hour.
3. Faraway from the MRT track...wonder why houses situated along the track can fetch such a high price. (I can't sleep with noises around me)
4. Spacious compound
5. Cafeteria, laundry, hair salon, grocery shop are all housed within the condo...and entitle to 2 carpark lots at basement some more
So needless to say...MP is still our focus.

But then...Sigh! I still have not come to any decision and the search goes on....these days I am reading the Classified Ads more frequent then ever and have notice that the Class Ads have improve a lot since the last time I look at them seriously 9 years ago.

This is a summary of what I have been doing lately...
