Well, can't guess? Here is the answer: All of us keeps and retains our hair fringe...to start with and to tell the truth.... I have not been cutting my fringe since my mummy passes on (14 Jan 08) and my fringe now reaches all the way to my mouth if let down....i.e. I can taste my hair without pulling out of its roots...and so far whenever I goes to the barber to have a trim (2 time in the last 12 months)...and I give strict instructions to the barber don't he ever brings his scissors ever near to my fringe....and if ever, ever cuts my fringe, I will give him the sack! He will be fired!
The rest of the girls keeps their fringe for aesthetic reason and this is one thing that I cannot agree with their school teacher..in school, teachers usually remind students to do away with their fringe, cut it or tied it up....but then I disagree with that .....girls must be girls....and do you happen to know how much a nation spends per year just to make hair grow on their heads? How much clinical research is being done since the past century on hair growth and so far the human race has not been very successful on this despite of our technological advancement...by and large it is all pack of old wives tales and theories and none so far that can really acoount why does hair fall off our scalp and why some continue to flourish on our heads.... and here God is giving us a full head of black hair F.O.C. and the teachers in school is making so much fuss about hair on our heads, when comes to hair I tend to go easy coz hair is something very precious to us (myself included)...and when I was younger, I really hated going to the barber just like going to the dentist....so that explains why I now only chooses to go for a hair trim (mind you not hair cut, it is hair trim) the most 2 times a year and sometimes once a year..... but other things like discipline, moral issues, ah that is one thing I cannot compromise but hair is a different issue altogether...so we keep our fringe, but for me it is just more that aesthetic reason...it will be in memory of my mum...and that part of memory is on my head...now! So don't ask me to cut my fringe....!
Today is so quiet in the office...with not much activity...exams at the poly....!
You have a nice day!
